Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., a Government of India enterprise, celebrated its 160th Foundation Day at Eco Park, Kolkata, marking a significant milestone in the Company’s long and distinguished journey of service and nation-building. The celebrations were attended by the Board of Directors, employees and their families. The function was inaugurated by Mr. Adhip Nath Palchaudhuri, Chairman & Managing Director, Balmer Lawrie.

As part of the celebrations, a range of engaging activities like Talent Hunt, Musical Quiz, Rangoli, Photography, Short Video, Painting, Group Photography and Sit and Draw competitions were organised besides inter-departmental cricket (for both men and women), football and tug of war tournaments which witnessed enthusiastic participation from the employees. The evening concluded on a high note with a celebrity performance, adding to the festive spirit. Foundation Day celebrations were held in all the four regions across the country.
