Balmer Lawrie Travel & Vacations was honoured with the award for Best Corporate Travel Management Company at the prestigious India Travel Awards hosted by Durga Das Publications on 9th September 2025 at Le Meridien, New Delhi. Mr. Adhip Nath Palchaudhuri, C&MD, Balmer Lawrie received the award from Hon’ble Minister of Tourism Mr. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Mr. Suman Billa, DG Tourism. The event was graced by leading dignitaries and industry stalwarts from the travel and MICE sectors.

Innovative Product Award at BLTM 2025

Balmer Lawrie Travel & Vacations was honoured with the Innovative Product Award at BLTM 2025, India’s leading trade show on Business, MICE and Leisure Travel, held in New Delhi from 11th to 13th September 2025. The award was presented by Shri Satpal Maharaj, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister, Government of Uttarakhand, who currently serves as the Minister of Tourism, Irrigation and Culture.

Best Paper Award at the 28th NLGI

A paper titled “Sustainable and Environmentally Considerate Grease Solutions using Ester as Base Fluid in Grease Processing” from Applications Research Laboratory of SBU: Greases & Lubricants [G&L] won the Best Paper Award at the 28th NLGI (National Lubricating Grease Institute) - IC Lubricating Grease Conference held in Hyderabad from 6th to 8th February 2026. The paper was presented by Mr. Samrat SK and Mr. Madhusudan Rao Peruri at the conference.

AIMA CSR & Innovation Contest & Summit 2026

Balmer Lawrie Industrial Packaging emerged as Runner-Up at the AIMA CSR & Innovation Contest & Summit 2026 under the category Manufacturing & Services Innovation. The case study, “Direct Painting on Rust Preventive Oiled Steel for Barrel Manufacturing,” was recognised for driving operational excellence and innovation in Industrial Packaging. The AIMA CSR & Innovation Summit was held on 30th January 2026 at New Delhi.

Great Managers 2025

Balmer Lawrie has been recognised as one of India’s Top 50 Companies with Great Managers 2025, presented by People Business. Adding to this honour, two exceptional leaders from the organisation, Sidharth Udani from Logistics Services and Dinoh Gurumoorthy from Vacations, have been awarded the title of Great Manager 2025, earning their place among the Top 200 managers in the country.

8th Annual HSE Strategy Summit & Awards 2025

Balmer Lawrie was honoured at the 8th Annual HSE Strategy Summit & Awards 2025, hosted by Inventicon Business Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. at Mumbai on 28th February 2025. Balmer Lawrie was awarded in two categories - HSE Leader of the Year and Best Health & Wellbeing Program Award

Exceptional Support by Travel & Vacations for Republic Day Event 2025

Travel & Vacations was felicitated by Shri Gajender Singh Shekhawat, Minister of Culture and Tourism for their exceptional support during the 2025 Republic Day Parade in which 5000+ talented artistes performed more than 50 folk and tribal dances at a grand cultural event. The event captivated millions with its grandeur and was recognised by the Guinness World Records for - The Largest Indian Folk Variety Dance

2nd Runner-Up in the 12th Innovation Practitioners Case Study Contest & Summit

Balmer Lawrie was declared the 2nd Runner-Up in the 12th Innovation Practitioners Case Study Contest & Summit. The Balmer Lawrie team presented an innovative case study on transforming the Import Documentation Process by leveraging Robotic Process Automation on 12th February 2025. For this project, Balmer Lawrie collaborated with TechAways, technology solutions provider and Nividous, who provided the solution architecture partner. Congratulations to the team!
