AQUA HYDOL 68

AQUA HYDOL 68

Balmerol Aqua Hydol 68 is a fire resistant hydraulic fluid of water in oil emulsion type conforming to IS 10532 (Part – II), 1983; reaffirmed to 2019 for physical properties and IS: 7895: 1975 for fire resistant characteristics. Balmerol Aqua Hydol 68 is to be used for underground machinery like SDLs and LHDs. The product has good performance and would be compatible for use in all types of hydraulic pumps, seals, metals and other components found in hydraulic system which generally require mineral oil based hydraulic fluid. The water in oil emulsion consists of about 40% water in fine droplets in a 60% bulk oil phase. Water in internal phase imparts fire resistance property whilst, the oil in combination with very refined additive package provides good lubrication and good corrosion resistance property

Balmerol Superstar meets: API SM & JASO MA 2

Available Size:
500ml 1L 0.35l
Features & Benefits:
  • Small sized water droplet and greater emulsion stability allows for effective filterability
  • Unique combination of emulsifier systems enables re-emulsification of condensed material when in contact with bulk fluid in the reservoir
  • Fire-resistant hydraulic fluid
  • Compatible with seals and hoses
  • Superior multimetal compatibility
  • Superior corrosion resistance
  • Suitable for operation in a wide temperature range of -50°C to +65°C
Applications:
  • Recommended for applications where there is a risk of fire due to leakage or spillage of hydraulic fluid from the equipment, requiring HFB type oil
