Constructed 330 Toilets
Balmer Lawrie has constructed 330 toilets in the states of West Bengal, Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Haryana for the students of primary government schools. Balmer Lawrie will also be maintaining these toilets for 5 years.
Ban Plastic
Awareness programs on ban of single-use plastic conducted by Balmer Lawrie at Silvassa. Non-woven bags were distributed to the students.
Plogging
Balmer Lawrie organised Fit India plogging around Ballygunge in association with Kendriya Vidyalaya school.
Collection of Plastic
Awareness drives were carried out by Balmer Lawrie at Joynagar in West Bengal. Collection of plastic was one of the activities.
Personal Hygine
Balmer Lawrie distributed personal hygiene kits to the girls students of various schools.
