a partnership firm in 1867. Balmer Lawrie became a private
limited company in 1924 and a public limited company
in 1936. Since inception Balmer Lawrie has been
a dividend paying company except in 1924, 1972 and 1975.
Dividend @ Rs 26 per equity
share of Rs.
10 each has been declared at 94rd Annual General
Meeting held on 23rd September 2011.
