Notice for Board Meeting

Further to our Notice dated 9 July 2008, it is hereby notified that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to interalia consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First quarter ended 30 June 2008 will now be held on 30 July 2008 (instead of 18 July 2008 as notified earlier)
