NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on  18 July 2008 to interalia consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended 30 June 2008 in the Financial Year 2008-09.
