Notice for Board Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 13th February, 2012 to interalia  consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Result of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December, 2011 of the Financial Year 2011-12.
